For law firms
One firm per state. Dog bite claims only.
Dog bite is the case type most personal injury firms take and almost none of them market.
The reason is arithmetic: the vertical is too small to justify building a campaign around, so it gets a page on the website and whatever walks in from motor vehicle advertising. That is exactly why it is cheap to acquire — if someone else builds the traffic and splits it one firm per state.
The category
In 2025 U.S. insurers paid $1.862 billion across 28,450 dog-related injury claims, an average of $65,450 per claim. Volume rose 25.6% in one year and 57% over the decade. New York posted the highest average cost in the country at $92,154, followed by Connecticut and California.
Roughly 4.5 million bites occur annually. The distance between that and 28,450 filed claims is the opportunity, and it exists because most people bitten by a dog belonging to a neighbour, a friend or a relative never learn the claim runs against a homeowners policy rather than against the person. That is the message this site is built around, and it is why the inquiries it produces are people who were not otherwise going to call anyone.

What you get
- Exclusive delivery for your state.
Metro exclusivity in California, Florida, Texas and New York. Not shared, not sold three times, not a rotation.
- Four screens before anything reaches you.
The bite occurred in your territory, the person received or is seeking medical treatment, the dog's owner or keeper is identifiable, and the incident date falls within your state's limitations period.
- Named consent with a retained record.
Every person who submits has given prior express written consent naming your firm specifically. You are not calling someone who filled out a form for "legal help" and forgot.
- Your review of every page that runs in your territory.
With your responsible attorney identified as your state requires.
What it costs
$350 per qualified inquiry, exclusive, invoiced at the end of the month for what was actually delivered. No retainer, no minimum, no contract. If we send you nothing, you pay nothing.
Inquiries that arrive by way of the Claim Kit — a claimant who has already assembled the animal control report, the medical records, a dated photo record and wage documentation, and has not signed a release — are $600, and priced separately because they are a different thing.
What this isn't
We do not recommend firms, rank them, or evaluate anyone's claim to decide who receives it. Assignment is by geography only, and every visitor is told in writing that participating firms pay a flat advertising fee. That structure exists because ABA Model Rule 7.2 and its state analogues draw a hard line between paying for advertising and paying for a recommendation, and the arrangement is worthless to you if it sits on the wrong side of it.
We also do not guarantee cases, outcomes or a return. We guarantee exclusivity and we invoice only what we deliver.
